What is Functional Training?

Functional Training is a hybrid of many effective training types designed to get real results. Functional Training can improve overall Strength, Cardiovascular Fitness and Endurance. It can help you lead the time efficient and active lifestyle that you want.

Join Us for Small Group Functional Training:

Classes will be held on the Wellness Floor:

Monday & Wednesday: 6:30pm

Tuesday & Thursday: 10:00am

All trainings will be 30 minute sessions

What do you need? 

Yourself, a Punch Card and a desire to see results!

A Punch Card is  $25.00; and gives you access to 5 functional training classes.

You can purchase your Punch card at the Member Service Desk.
