Pilates Reformer Studio


Pilates is a mind-body exercise that builds on the essence and principles of the work of the late Joseph H. Pilates, by incorporating modern knowledge of the body.

The Pilates is optimal strength, flexibility, and endurance - without risking injury or building bulk.

With a focus on core stability, it also helps to restore the natural curves of the spine, relieve tension, and enhance self-confidence. The result: a balanced and aligned body that looks fit, feels revitalized, and moves with ease.

How to Register

  • Register at the Boerne YMCA Welcome Center for the Essential or Intro classes for free 24 hours in advance.
  • $10 per class for the Jump Board and Athletic Conditioning classes.
  • Group Training rate is available for 3 or more members.
