Leader In Training (LIT)

Our LIT program is renewed and improved! This summer LITs will stay at CFA for two weeks and focus more on leadership development and service. LITs will no longer be responsible for washing dishes, but will still have opportunities for service-learning through projects that give back to camp. The first week will focus heavily on personal leadership realization and development with some training on how to work with campers. The second week allows LITs to shadow counselors to see what it means to be a counselor. LITS grow tremendously while learning and having fun in a more mature role at CFA. If you are ready for a new, more responsible role at camp, register now, as the LIT program is limited to 6 boys and 6 girls per session.

After completing the LIT program, qualified LITs will be invited to apply to become a CIT the following summer. Find out more about the CIT program.
