I will be responsible for my child's medical costs due to accident or illness. Camp may transport my child away from camp for medical care or program activities. I consent to and authorize the use of photographs and video of my child for promotional purposes. I will hold YMCA Camp Flaming Arrow, the YMCA of Greater San Antonio and their staff, volunteers and boards harmless for incidents which may arise, realizing there may be risks in camping activities. (A $50 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit for each participant, each session is required to complete registration.) Upon completion of registration, monthly statements will be mailed. Payments may be made, but the balance must be paid 30 days prior to your child attending camp.

After submitting your Online Registration, your child's spot will be reserved and you will receive an email with your completed registration form and a demographics form, please print them out for your records
