Housing
Pioneer Cabin Unit
- 12 Year Round Cabins with six wooden bunk beds and private baths- the cabin area sleeps 144 people, 12 per cabin. Six facing the river and resting up against the hills. Another six cabins are spread across the rolling ridge of a dry creek.
Red Huts
- 6 original cabins, sleeps 48 people. Down from the dining hall and in the center of camp are six of the original, quaint, screened, rustic cabins. Each cabin has four bunk beds and is located near bathroom and shower facilities.
Meeting & Activity Areas
Boyden Lodge
This beautiful two-story dining hall is built into the hills and overlooks the camp. The native rock and stone lodge has two rooms that can be used for dining and/or meetings of up to 100 per room. A wooden deck surrounds the upper room and windows cover most of the walls allowing a spectacular view of the hilltops.

Strong Hall
Fully air conditioned and heated, multipurpose building consisting of a large gym/meeting room with stage, 2 breakout rooms and bathrooms. The Strong Hall can accommodate up to 300 comfortably in chairs and 4 indoor climbing walls.

Blakey Outdoor Chapel and Council Ring
Two lovely and serene, outdoor areas which are perfect for worship or gatherings.

Food Service
CFA will gladly provide food service for groups of 25 or more. Campfire cooking or renting our small kitchen with standard oven, stove, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, and sink is available for smaller groups.
We are willing to work with your group to customize your event. Please do not hesitate to contact Allison to talk through your ideas.

*If you are willing and we (CFA) or you can book another group, you may share camp to gain more persons in camp allowing for the lower per person rate. Example, your group has 60 people and we book another group at 50 people totaling 110 people in camp for the weekend putting you then at the $75 per person rate verses the flat rate. Please note CFA must be able to find the 2nd group. If we can not find a 2nd group and you decide to cancel your weekend, you will still be charged the 25% reservation deposit. NOTE: We will host 1 weekend each Spring (March 30-April 1, 2007) and Fall for smaller groups at a rate of $700 per cabin (12 people) for the above package weekend or $70 per person for groups of 8 or less.

YMCA Camp Flaming Arrow...a great place to have your next party!
Whether you want a fun birthday party for any age, seasonal business party or just a great celebration, the YMCA is ready to help. You choose the right option for you and let us do the rest! A party coordinator works with you to get all the information and we take care of the mess! We provide table decorations, balloons, plates, cups, napkins and utensils! Grill available for hot dog cook out. Indoor and outdoor areas available for your party set up. Each party is designed for 12 party guests in package 1, 2, and 3 while the dance theme is designed for up to 50 guests (guest include friends and siblings who will be participating in the activities). Birthday child is FREE! A $75 non refundable deposit is required to secure a party date and time. A signed waiver is required for each party guest.

YMCA Camp Flaming Arrow is extremely proud to be accredited by the American Camp Association. The American Camp Association has been in existence for more than 90 years and "works to preserve, promote, and improve the camp experience". To receive Accreditation, camps must meet up to 300 standards for health, safety and program quality. YMCA Camp Flaming Arrow is also inspected and licensed by the Texas Department of Health.
