Personal training at the YMCA is a way to get a one-on-one workout that is convenient for you. Our professional trainers provide you the specialized coaching to help you set and meet your personal fitness goals. Personal or group training can be the difference in the success of your exercise program. Trainers can and will work with you regularly or on a consulting basis to design and implement a workout that is unique to you! Trainers encourage you to exercise and reach your goals through a healthy lifestyle. trainers flexible schedules make this a convenient option to fit your shcedule.
