Teens

      

Our teen program provides a safe and fun place for teens to learn and grow through a variety of activities such as arts, dance, indoor and outdoor activities, team building and self-esteem activities, field trips and more. Our activities focus on developing a youth’s self worth while giving them the opportunity to explore different hobbies and activities. Teens will also build leadership skills and character development through the YMCA core values of Caring, Honesty, Respect, Responsibility and Faith.

The Westside Family YMCA hosts Teen Lock-ins throughout the year. The events include activities such as Wii Sports, Guitar Hero, swimming, basketball, movies and a FREE DINNER! Teen Lock-ins are open to the community and membership is not required. YMCA staff are present during this event.
