Group Cycling

The YMCA of Greater San Antonio

For those thinking about getting started in cycling, it can seem like an intimidating sport.  By taking a clycling class, an instructor will set you up correctly on the bike and coach you through the proper riding techniques. Your instructor will lead you through hills, mountains, flats, race days and interval training. You will find that it's easy as riding a bike!

If you are new to group cycling or if you are already a cyclist and feel there is nothing group cycling can offer, you may want to think again! Each instructor has an individual method for teaching the art of cycling. It's cardio with high energy and no impact.
