Group Exercise Classes

Group Exercise (GroupEx) is a great way to get your heart pumping and a full body workout. Classes are scheduled throughout the day, so picking a class that is convenient and fits your schedule is easy to do. Classes are available for the beginner to the advanced athlete. Group exercise classes are FREE to members.

Group Exercise Class Descriptions:

Cardiovascular Classes:

BODYCOMBAT™: A high energy, self-empowering martial arts based workout that combines kick boxing, Karate, Muay Thai and Tae Kwon Do.  Come discover the fighter within as you burn a lot of calories while enjoying great music!

Interval Training: No pain, no gain! Interval Training is comprehensive basic training class, is intense and consists of pushups, jumping jacks, squats, plyometrics, body resistance training, and running.  If you are looking for a challenge, this is the class for you! No sign up necessary. Bring a towel, water and your enthusiasm!

Ages 15 and up for Classes. 18 and up for Individual use. Indo-Row is for those with a big appetite for burning calories, interval training and having fun while working out in a uniquely motivating team-oriented environment. No rowing experience necessary!

Group Cycling: This group indoor cycling format offers a fun and motivating workout for those familiar with cardiovascular exercise.  It stimulates an ‘all terrain’ bike ride that will challenge both your cardiovascular and muscular endurance.  This class is ‘at your own pace’ and you will need to bring a towel and a water.

Strength, Conditioning & Flexibility Classes:

BODYPUMP™: The original barbell class.  Designed for all fitness levels, BODYPUMP™ delivers real results, real fast.  This structured based workout uses barbells with adjustable weights to work every major muscle group in the body.  With motivating music, awesome instructors, BODYPUMP™ strengthens, tones and defines the body as nothing else can.

BODYFLOW™: A combination of Tai Chi, Yoga and Pilates that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm.  Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.

Yoga: A mind/body class that explores gentle movements to increase flexibility, strength and well being.  Members are led through stretches, Yoga poses, and breathing practices, then guided into deep relaxation.  Use the whole body through concentrated movements, balancing and mind/body focus.
