What is Functional Training?

Functional Training is a hybrid of many effective training types designed to get real results. Functional Training can improve overall strength, cardiovascular fitness, and endurance. It can help you lead the time efficient and active lifestyle that you want.

Types of Functional Training are:

Group Functional Training:

All morning classes will be held outdoors during the summer and meet outside Studio II. All evening classes meet in Studio I
