Variety of Group Exercise Classes

At the Y, a supportive community is a big part of wellness. Our staff strives to reach every individual at every fitness level by providing programs designed to support all of our members. Through our group exercise classes, you are guaranteed to find an activity that will meet your needs and deliver results.

 

We offer a wide array of classes at our YMCAs including cardio, cycling, kickboxing, yoga, pilates, and more! Instructors lead you through the workouts providing you with effective, fun and easy-to-follow steps.

  • Most classes are FREE with membership.

  • More than 50 different formats

  • FREE drop off with Child Watch while you work out for those who have an adult with child/children membership.

  • Several classes are open to youth and adults:

    • Children ages 13+ and older may attend regular classes

    • Youth classes are also available for children 7-12 years of age.
