YMCA of Greater San Antonio

Nurturing Healthy Living Together

Y Wellness Works

At the Y, strengthening community is our cause. Strong communities don’t just happen; they’re the result of steady leadership and stewardship of strong values. That’s the Y. We make a difference by focusing on three key areas: youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. By investing in our kids, our health and our neighbors, the YMCA OF GREATER SAN ANTONIO ensures that everyone, regardless of age, income or background, has the opportunity to thrive.

The Y is proud to serve the health, fitness and wellness needs of hundreds of Y Wellness Partners, and thousands of Partner Members and their families. The Y’s doors are open to adults and families, corporations, businesses large and small, for-profit and nonprofit organizations, our US Armed Forces, institutions of learning, higher-education and more. The Y would be delighted to partner with your organization in a journey toward wellness.

Y Wellness Works partnership requires a minimum of 10 membership activations forged through an informal Wellness Partner agreement.

The Y is committed to providing a safe environment and, therefore conducts regular sex offender screenings on all members, participants, and guests. If a match occurs, the Y reserves the right to cancel membership, end program participation, and remove visitation access.

• Investing in your Team will bring measurable returns and positive results
• Better Health leads to increased productivity, performance and personal satisfaction
• Improved Wellness contributes to active participation, less absenteeism, lower turnover rates and health care costs
• A Positive Attitude yields improvement in morale, mental and emotional health
• Balance can be attained through activities that support spirit, mind & body to increase vigor and aid in stress
